Every design has a root system; this is how mine grew.
I began my design adventure at NIFT Shillong, where I experimented with lifestyle items, home décor, and speculative projects aiming at visualizing a better world.
I may not have every project on show here (because, well, excellence takes time), but I have included some 3D models and a few of my favorites.
Stay tuned! I absolutely intend to expand this garden with more inventive blossoms!

How do I approach design?

My creative process is like a schoolkid’s daily routine, especially that all important morning ritual.
I begin with an emotional trigger: something that gives the work meaning. Then, like a conscientious student, I dive into research, empathize deeply, ideate with intention, and move forward step by step, no skipping recess allowed.

Most of my 3D models were created out of pure passion though, full disclosure, many were also for classroom projects.

Have you ever seen something so raw and beautiful, it made you question how deeply undervalued true craftsmanship really is?
Thanks to India’s ODOP scheme, I got the perfect excuse to dive headfirst into the world of Indian craftsmanship and ended up falling even harder for art and handmade stories.

And that’s when it hit me! these artisans don’t just need admiration, they need a stage.
